Sandusk Golf Club Reward Program Terms and Conditions
1. Sandusk Golf Club (the “Company”) offer golfers a Loyalty programs (a “Rewards Program”). These Terms and Conditions (the “Program Rules”) govern the Rewards Programs and the Company’s relationships with golfers of the Rewards Program (“Golfers” individually, a “Golfer” or “You”). Membership in the Rewards Programs is subject to the Program Rules set forth below, and may be amended from time to time. By opening a Rewards Program account (“Rewards Account”), or by using your Loyalty card (“Rewards Card”) or the Rewards Account number that You have been assigned (“Reward Number”) to earn or redeem Reward Points (“Points”), You agree that: (a) You have read, understood and accepted these Program Rules; and (b) You consent to the Company's processing of data that is personal to You.
2. Participation in the Rewards Program is subject to the Program Rules, rules, regulations, policies and procedures that the Company may, in its discretion, adopt from time to time. The Company may amend the Program Rules at any time without notice. The Company has the sole discretion to interpret and apply the Program Rules.
3. The accumulation of Points is subject to the Program Rules. Each Golfer is responsible for reading the Program Rules, and E-mails in order to understand his or her rights, responsibilities, and status in the Rewards Program, as well as the structure for earning rewards (“Rewards”, individually, a “Reward”).
4. The Rewards structure is subject to modification, cancellation, or limitation at the Company's discretion, with or without notice. The number of Points required to redeem any Reward may be substantially increased, any Reward may be withdrawn, and restrictions on any Reward or reward redemption (“Reward Redemption”) may be imposed at any time.
5. The Company has the right to change, limit, modify or cancel the Rewards Program Rules and reward levels at any time, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the value of Points, or the ability to obtain certain Rewards. The Company may, among other things: a) increase or decrease the number of Points received for a purchase or required for a Reward; b) withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any Reward; c) add blackout times and dates, otherwise restrict the continued availability of Rewards; d) change program benefits, conditions of participation, rules for earning, redeeming, retaining or forfeiting Points, or rules governing the use of Rewards; e) change or cancel its Rewards. In accumulating Points, Golfers may not rely upon the continued availability of any Reward.
6. Additionally, the Company has the right to terminate the Rewards Program by providing written notice to the Golfers six months in advance of Rewards Program termination. In that event, the right to earn Points and redeem Rewards may end six months after notification, no matter the extent of Golfer participation in the Rewards Program. The Company may terminate the Rewards Program earlier in whole or in part in any jurisdiction(s) if required to do so by applicable law.
7. After applying to the Rewards Program, a Rewards Account will be opened and a Rewards Account Number will be assigned to each applicant. Upon receiving this number, an individual becomes a Golfer eligible to earn Rewards Program Points.
8. A Rewards Account may be closed at the Company's discretion if no Points are accrued during a 12-month period. All Points in the Membership Account will be forfeited at that time.
9. Rewards Program Points, Rewards earned through participating in the Rewards Program may be subject to tax liability. Any tax liability, including disclosure, connected with the receipt or use of Rewards Program Points, is the sole responsibility of the Golfer.
10. Golfers may earn Points for purchases of green fees, power cart rentals and merchandise, not including alcohol in the Pro Shop at Sandusk Golf Club.
11. In the case of fraud or abuse involving the Rewards Program, Point credit or Reward use, the Company shall have the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including but not limited to revocation/cancellation of any Reward and/or termination of Rewards Program Membership, and all Points and certificates (“Certificates”) earned through the Rewards Program may be forfeited and any relevant Rewards Account(s) closed.
12. Entitlement to the Rewards Program, including any Reward Certificates that may have been issued to a Golfer, may be revoked or suspended at the Company's sole discretion if a Golfer fails to pay any bills due to the Company and/or accounts that may be due.
13. The awarding of Points and the redemption of Rewards Program Certificates are void where prohibited by law.
14. The Company has the sole discretion to interpret and apply the Program Rules, and all questions or disputes regarding these Program Rules will be resolved by the Company in its sole discretion.
Conditions of Enrollment
1. Only individuals are eligible for Rewards Program membership, and each individual may maintain only one Membership Account. Corporations, groups and/or associated entities cannot enroll as Rewards Program Members.
2. Employees of the Company are ineligible to participate in the Rewards Program.
3. Accrued Points do not constitute property of the Golfer. Points accrued by a Golfer are for the Golfer's benefit only and may not be transferred to anyone. Points are not transferable to another person for any other reason, including divorce, death or inheritance.
4. The information the Golfer provides to the Company when completing this application and redeeming Points is processed in the Company’s computer system.
5. Name and address changes can be made by submitting the change at the Pro Shop desk or via e-mail at info@sanduskgolf.com. Name changes must include supporting legal documentation, signature, date and member account number.
Account Activity Statement
1. The information the Golfer provides to the Company when completing this application and redeeming Points is processed in the Company’s computer system.
2. A Rewards Program Golfer will receive a periodic updated balance. The Golfer shall be responsible for advising the Rewards Program of any change of address and neither the Company nor the Rewards Program shall have any responsibility for misdirected or lost mail or any consequences thereof.
3. The Golfer shall be responsible for ensuring that his or her Points are properly credited. If proper credit does not appear on the Golfer's Rewards Account, the Golfer should contact the Rewards Program at info@sanduskgolf.com. Golfers should allow approximately two weeks for the Points to be credited to the Rewards Account. Requests to add or modify the Rewards Account must be received within one week of the purchase.
